Virginia isn’t one market, it’s four or five. A Tysons corporate campus and a Charlottesville vineyard wedding need entirely different things from a coffee cart, and a Norfolk waterfront event is different again. The cart is compact and collapsible, which is why we get into places larger operators can’t — historic Williamsburg properties, Blue Ridge venues with a gravel approach, converted Scott’s Addition warehouses with a single freight elevator.

Questions Virginia planners ask
Do you really travel to Richmond, Williamsburg and Norfolk?
Yes. Travel beyond the Northern Virginia core is factored into your quote transparently, and for a full-day or multi-day event it is rarely the deciding cost. Ask us about it directly — we’d rather give you a straight number than lose the conversation over a guess.
Can you get onto a military base?
Yes, with lead time for access paperwork and staff manifests. Tell us at the enquiry stage rather than the week before.
Our venue is a barn or vineyard with no power. Is that a problem?
Not usually. Tell us in advance and we’ll agree a power plan. We bring our own water as standard.
How far ahead should we book for wine country wedding season?
May, June, September and October book out furthest in Loudoun and Albemarle. Six to eight weeks is comfortable; earlier is better for a Saturday in peak season.
