Baltimore harbour, Annapolis waterfront, and everything between the Beltways

Maryland events split cleanly into three worlds. There’s the Baltimore corporate and creative scene, where a Harbor East conference room and a Hampden warehouse gallery are twenty minutes and two universes apart. There’s Annapolis, where half the calendar runs on the water and the Naval Academy sets the rhythm. And there’s the DC suburban corridor — Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring — which behaves like an extension of the District but has its own venues and its own traffic.

We work all three. Our cart is compact and collapsible, which is how we get into Fells Point rowhouse venues, historic Annapolis properties with narrow entrances, and Inner Harbor hotels with a tight load-in window.

Amazon, Deloitte, Disney, Arc’teryx, Anthropologie, Madewell, Porsche, McLaren and Rivian have all had our cart at their events — and we’re the caffeine team for the Philadelphia Phillies.

The Maryland events we cater

Corporate and biotech

The I-270 biotech corridor, Columbia’s Gateway business district, Hunt Valley and Harbor East. All-hands meetings, client days, investor visits and recruiting events. Early-morning programming is standard in this market, which is exactly when a real barista changes the room.

Waterfront weddings

Annapolis, Kent Island, St. Michaels and the Chesapeake shoreline have some of the best wedding venues on the East Coast, and most of them are outdoors and remote. A collapsible cart and our own water supply mean we’re straightforward to accommodate where a truck would be a problem.

University and academic events

Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland College Park, UMBC, Towson, Loyola, Goucher, Morgan State, St. John’s College and the Naval Academy. Donor receptions, symposiums, orientation and alumni weekends.

Naval Academy and military events

Commissioning Week, change-of-command ceremonies, family days and formal receptions at the Academy, Fort Meade and Aberdeen Proving Ground. We handle base access paperwork routinely — just give us lead time.

Brand activations and creative events

Baltimore’s warehouse venues in Station North, Hampden and Port Covington, plus National Harbor for larger productions. This is where the custom cart wrap and ripple latte art printing do the heavy lifting.

Questions Maryland planners ask

Can you get into the Naval Academy or Fort Meade?

Yes, with advance notice for access paperwork and staff manifests. Tell us when you enquire rather than the week of the event.

Our venue is a waterfront property with limited access. Will that work?

Almost always. The cart collapses and we bring our own water. Tell us about the approach, the surface, and where power is, and we’ll plan for it.

Do you serve the Eastern Shore and Ocean City?

Yes. Travel is factored into the quote openly, and for a full-day or weekend event it is rarely the deciding cost. Ask and we’ll give you a straight number.

Can you do a recurring office schedule?

Yes — several Bethesda and Columbia clients run us monthly. Recurring schedules are priced differently from one-off events, in your favour.
