Three New Jerseys, one cart
Anyone who works events in this state knows New Jersey isn’t one market. North Jersey runs on Manhattan’s clock — corporate, fast, and expecting city standards. Central Jersey is pharma campuses, Princeton, and a wedding circuit that stretches from Somerset horse country to the Monmouth shore. South Jersey orbits Philadelphia and the shore towns, with a completely different summer calendar.
We work all three, and we plan each one for what it actually is. Our cart is compact and collapsible, which is how we get into Hoboken brownstone venues, corporate campus atriums with a single service door, and shore venues at the end of a sand-adjacent access road.

Questions New Jersey planners ask
Do you cover the whole state, or just the north?
The whole state. North, Central and South Jersey are all within our regular working range, and we’ll tell you plainly if travel affects your quote rather than burying it.
Can you get onto a corporate campus with security?
Yes. We’re fully insured, we provide certificates of insurance to venue specification, and we handle vendor registration and staff manifests routinely. Give us lead time.
Our shore venue is outdoors with limited power. Will that work?
Usually. Tell us in advance and we’ll agree a power plan. We bring our own water as standard, and the cart handles outdoor surfaces that stop wheeled trailers.
How far ahead should we book for shore wedding season?
June through September Saturdays book furthest out along the Monmouth and Cape May coasts. Six to eight weeks is comfortable; earlier is safer for a peak Saturday.
