Every event is different, so every quote is too
We don’t publish a price list, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this business who does. A 40-person morning standup in Dupont Circle and a 400-guest product launch in Hudson Yards have almost nothing in common except the espresso — different staffing, different equipment, different setup window, different everything.
What we do promise: our quotes are competitive for the specialty tier we operate in, they arrive fast, and they’re itemised so you can see exactly what you’re paying for and adjust. No vague “packages starting at” that balloon once you ask a real question.
Tell us about your event and you’ll have a quote in hand within one business day.
The five things that shape your number
1. Guest count
The single biggest factor. One barista comfortably serves 50–60 drinks an hour at specialty quality. Above that, we add a second barista rather than making your guests queue — a line at the coffee cart defeats the point of having one.
2. Service hours
Most events run two to four hours of active service. We arrive well before that for setup and stay after for breakdown, and we don’t bill you for our own load-in time.
3. Location and access
Travel distance matters, but so does the building. A ground-floor conference center with loading dock access is straightforward. A fourth-floor rooftop in Old City with a service elevator and a 20-minute unload window takes more planning and more hands. Tell us the venue early and we’ll factor it honestly.
4. Your menu
Espresso based drinks, seasonal drinks built around your theme, and our homemade syrups are the foundation. Some of our most popular specialty additions include Pour-over, cold brew, matcha, Vietnamese Coffee, Turkish coffee services and more! Check out our add-ons and how we can elevate your event.
5. How far you take the branding
This is where most of the range lives, and where most of the impact does too. See below.
Build your dream cart
The cart itself is a blank canvas. How far you take it is up to you.
- Custom cart wrap — your logo, colors, and campaign artwork on the cart itself. Every photo your guests take becomes a brand photo.
- Ripple latte art printing — your logo, a QR code, or a message printed directly onto the crema of each drink. This is the one that stops people and gets posted.
- Branded cups and sleeves — your mark in every hand, in every room, for the rest of the event.
- Turkish coffee service — traditional preparation, served properly. A genuine conversation piece and something no other cart in this market offers the same way.
- A menu built for your event — drinks named for your product, your city, your couple, your campaign.
- Signage and display styling — matched to your event design rather than fighting it.
What’s always included
- Small-batch, ethically and locally sourced beans roasted for espresso: Our roasters we rotate include: Midas Coffee, Elixir Coffee, Espresso Air. We can also use your favorite roaster!
- Trained baristas who know the difference between fast and rushed
- Homemade syrups — not pump bottles
- Syrups that have been most popular: Butter Brown Sugar, Vanilla made with vanilla beans from Madagascar, Pumpkin Spice, Spiced Brown Sugar, Caramel, Honey Lavender, Caramelized Banana
- Full setup and breakdown, cleanly and on schedule
- Our compact, collapsible cart, which fits spaces most competitors turn down
- Dairy alternatives as standard, not as an upcharge
- Full insurance and the certificates your venue will ask for
Straight answers to the questions we get most
Can you work within a set budget?
Usually, yes. Tell us the number you have and we’ll tell you honestly what it buys and what it doesn’t. We’d rather scope an event down to something excellent than deliver a stretched version of something bigger.
How much space does the cart need?
Roughly 5 feet by 4 feet for the cart and barista working area. It collapses for transport, so we get into venues that turn away trailers and trucks.
Do you need power and water?
A standard dedicated outlet is ideal. We bring our own water. If your space has neither, tell us — we have solutions and we’d rather solve it in advance than on the morning.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Peak season — May, June, September, October, and December — books further out. We do take last-minute events when the calendar allows, so ask.
Do you do recurring service?
Yes. Several clients run us monthly or quarterly for office mornings, client days, and recruiting events. Recurring schedules are priced differently from one-off events, in your favour.
Tell us about your event
Send us the date, the location, roughly how many guests, and anything you already know about the space. That’s enough for a real quote — not a range, an actual number you can take to your budget holder.
