A cart built for buildings that weren’t built for carts

New York is the hardest market on this list for a mobile coffee operation, and not because of the coffee. It’s the freight elevator that’s booked until 11. The Midtown building with a 45-minute loading zone. The SoHo loft up three flights with no elevator at all. The rooftop where everything has to come up in pieces.

Our cart is compact and collapsible, which is the entire reason we can work this city properly. It breaks down to fit a passenger elevator and reassembles in minutes. We’ve set up in places that told other coffee vendors no.

Madewell, Arc’teryx, Anthropologie, Disney, Amazon, Deloitte, McLaren, Porsche and Rivian have all had our cart at their events — and in a city where the espresso standard is genuinely high, that isn’t a small thing. Retail and fashion brands in particular keep coming back to us, which tells you something about how the cart photographs.

The New York events we cater

Corporate and financial services

Midtown, Hudson Yards, FiDi and Downtown Brooklyn. Client days, town halls, trading floor mornings, board meetings and recruiting events. Early service is standard here and we build our schedule around your building’s rules, not the other way around.

Product launches and brand activations

SoHo, Chelsea, DUMBO, Industry City and the Williamsburg waterfront. This is where the custom cart wrap and ripple latte art printing pay for themselves — your logo printed on the crema, in every photo, on every story. In a city where activations compete for attention, the coffee cart is one of the few things people voluntarily queue for and photograph.

Fashion, media and creative

Showrooms, presentations, press days, editorial shoots and market weeks. Long days, unpredictable timing, and crews who know good coffee. We’re used to the rhythm.

Weddings and private events

Brooklyn lofts, Manhattan townhouses, waterfront venues in DUMBO and Long Island City, and rooftops across all five boroughs. Espresso service between dinner and dancing, or a cart that runs through the after-party.

University and institutional events

Columbia, NYU, Fordham, Pace, Baruch, Hunter, Pratt, Parsons, Cooper Union and CUNY campuses citywide. Donor receptions, symposiums, orientation and alumni events.

Film and production catering

Craft service that people actually get excited about. Call times in this city are brutal and a real barista on set is a genuine morale lever.

Questions New York planners ask

Our building has no freight elevator access. Can you still do it?

Usually yes — this is exactly what the collapsible cart is for. It breaks down to fit a standard passenger elevator and goes back together in minutes. Walk-ups are possible too depending on the floor. Tell us the building and we’ll tell you honestly.

What about the loading zone window?

Tell us how long we’ve got and we’ll plan the unload to fit. We’d rather know the constraint at the enquiry stage than discover it at 6am.

Do you have a COI for our building?

Yes. We’re fully insured and we provide certificates of insurance to your building’s exact specification, including additional insured language. Send us the requirements and we’ll turn it around quickly.

Can you serve a 400-person launch without a queue?

With the right staffing, yes. One barista handles 50–60 drinks an hour at specialty quality; beyond that we add baristas rather than making guests wait. Give us your headcount and service window and we’ll scope it properly.

Do you serve outer boroughs and Staten Island at the same rate?

All five boroughs are within our standard range. We’ll flag travel plainly if it ever affects the number.

Book a coffee cart in NYC

Send the date, the neighborhood or building, roughly how many guests, and anything you know about access. You’ll have a real quote within one business day — and if we can’t do the date, we’ll tell you immediately instead of leaving you hanging.

Call 571-201-1804 or tell us about your event.

We also serve Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Philadelphia and New Jersey.
