Your details, handled with care.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or send us a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name or company, email address, phone number if you give it, the event address, date, guest count, hours, the extras you pick and anything you write in your notes or message.

We don’t ask for payment details on this website, and we don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser remembers one setting for you, whether you paused the animations, and that never leaves your device.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your quote, plan and serve your event, and follow up about it. When you send a form, we also email you a confirmation of what you sent.

We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list from these forms.

Who helps us

A few service providers handle your details for us, only to do these jobs: Resend delivers the form emails, Google Workspace hosts our inbox, Amazon Web Services hosts this website, and Cloudflare runs our domain and a bot check on the forms. That check looks at technical details such as your IP address and browser so spam stays out. Each provider follows its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as we need them to plan your event, answer follow‑up questions and keep our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. Email info@ateliercoffeeco.com and we’ll reply within one business day. If you’re in the European Union, including Belgium, where we also serve events, you have these rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is for people planning events. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
