Three ways we work together
Overflow and date conflicts
You’re booked, we cover it. You get the credit, and we don’t pursue the client afterward.
Out‑of‑range events
Outside your radius but inside ours? Pass it over. Inside yours and outside ours, we send it back.
Multi‑cart events
Conferences, multi‑day activations and campus events, with shared logistics and agreed rates.
How referrals work
You choose the model when you send the enquiry.
Referral fee
A percentage of the booked event, agreed before the intro and paid once the event settles.
Subcontract
You keep the client and invoice directly. We run the event under your booking.
Straight handoff
No fee. You just want your client looked after.
